Betsy attended Glendale Community College in Glendale, Arizona and the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business concentrating in real estate, commercial property, management and business finance. From 1978-1985 she was secretary to owner/designated broker, Don Bennett, at Tres Realty, Inc. She obtained her real estate sales license in 1985 and was promoted to office manager and sales manager for Tres Realty, Inc, supporting a staff of 25.
In 1988, Betsy obtained her real estate broker license, and continued as office and sales manager for Tres Realty, Inc, with the added responsibility of governing transactions in the sale of residential, commercial, industrial, farm/ranches and development of commercial and industrial properties.
From 1996 to present, at Don Bennett & Associates, Inc., Betsy has been office manager for the brokerage and development of commercial properties, commercial leasing, industrial, acreages and farms. In August of 2007 she bacame the Designated Broker for the company.
In addition, she oversees the daily operations and finances for several entities.
