Randy Kicklighter joined Don Bennett & Associates, Inc. in May 2010.  He comes to us from Savannah, Georgia, where he was developing residential properties.  Shortly after arriving in Arizona in 2003, he found his true calling in Commercial Real Estate. 

Randy retired from the US Army in 1990.  His military background includes a strong concentration in Human Resources and Recruiting.  For the past twenty plus years, Randy has specialized in Recruiting, Sales, Construction and Real Estate.

 Randy enjoys meeting people, networking and growing relationships.  He also enjoys working with small businesses and helping them work through some of the complexities of starting and growing a business.  Randy has experience in working with Landlords and Tenants and understands the complexity of both sides. 

As a veteran, Randy is active in Veteran Affairs and is working with Phoenix area veteran owned businesses in an effort to establish a West Valley Veteran's Chamber of Commerce.  He currently has memberships and is actively involved in both the Southwest Valley and the Surprise Regional Chambers of Commerce.

 Randy enjoys travelling, golfing, mountain biking, hiking and the great outdoors.
