Sunny was born in South Korea.  In 1983 she graduated from Seoul Health Junior College in Seoul, South Korea where she majored in Food Technology.  She is Bilingual - speaks and writes Korean and English fluently. 

She has been an Arizona resident since 1987 and obtained her Arizona real estate license in 2004. 

She is currently a volunteer at a Korean broadcasting company and has been in charge of the marketing department for the Korean community since 1999. 

She is also an Estee Lauder Beauty Advisor at Dillard's Arrowhead Towne Center and has been working in retail sales for 17 years earning the Top Achiever Award in 2000 - One of the Top 100 in the United States.

In 2007 she began working for Parkland Development Company as a project consultant to develop a 43 acre mixed-use commercial property in Avondale, Arizona (PARK 10 project - to include hotels, retail, office, restaurants and shops - a total of 600,000 square foot PAD site).  Her responsibility for the project is to coordinate all of the project components for the owner. 

Sunny joined the Don Bennett & Associates, Inc. Team as an Associate in March 2010 and is in Commercial Sales and Investments.
