Todd joined Don Bennett & Associates, Inc. in August of 2004 as a Land Specialist. In March 2005, Todd managed the development company representing investors and users to build office, retail and industrial projects. Beginning with site selection, budgeting and assisting in obtaining financing, Todd is heavily involved in the entire development process with a focus on entitlements, project management and overseeing the design phase for various projects in the emerging West Valley of Phoenix. Being that we live in an "information now" world, Todd's philosopy is to provide the highest level of service to his clients without sacrificing integrity. In 2005, Todd developed over 65,000 square feet of speculative office and owner-occupied medical office space while simultaneously planning and entitling multiple parcels of land to accommodate over 300,000 square feet of mixed use commercial space including hotels, restaurants, retail space and office. He has over 13 years of professional sales experience, six of which have been in radio broadcast. Todd moved to Arizona in May 2002 from San Francisco, California where he worked for CBS/Infinity Broadcasting. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the nation's 16th largest home builder - Habitat for Humanity, and has been the Chairman of the Public Relations and Marketing Committee since February 2003. He was most recently employed by Clear Channel Radio where he concentrated on KNIX 102.5 FM, KFYI News Talk 550AM & XTRA Sports 910AM. Todd spent two years at the University of Kansas and is a graduate of Layola University of Chicago where he played Division 1 Men's Basketball and Division 1 Men's Golf. He is married with two children.
